  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 8–15 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • ShopPotenza is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • ShopPotenza is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
